My husband and I are currently living in Canyon Country, Ca. and want to move closer to his job in Downey, Ca. We have looked at Sierra Madre and Arcadia and like both cities but they are a little expensive. Monrovia is not much further down the 210 and the prices are a little bit better for a home....
